The Little Dinner Party

The Little Dinner Party is my first blog I started in 2011.  On this blog I attempt, and generally succeed in recreating essential recipes for new and used homemakers. Another aspect is, of course, crafting. I try to keep my craft ideas cheap, because I'm poor but practical. What good is a craft if it's useless or more expensive than just buying the manufactured item you're trying to substitute? 

It was a slow and ugly process creating this first blog. Any loyal reader will tell you that The Little Dinner Party had a rather rocky-looking beginning. I know nothing of how to use the internet if it doesn't involve a status update, so blogging has been a laborious process.  I've finally gotten a look down and I'm sticking with it, which is why Paperback Book Club looks very similar. 

What is my goal with these blogs? I'm not sure yet, but it involves you reading them and commenting.
